I think the term “DIY” is overused. Many times it conjures up images of weekend chore lists, never-ending home maintenance, and challenging tasks we don’t want to do. OK, I don’t want to do. I’m changing the acronym. Let’s call it F-I-T. Find. Invent. Transform.
- Find a piece that inspires you.
- Invent a new or better use for it.
- Transform it into something you will love and be proud of.
